Patti's Pups looks like a puppy broker- "Registered, Inspected by the USDA Animal Welfare Act as a Class H Intermediate Handler" is on their web site. I would avoid her and go with a reputable breeder..
Stay farrrrrrrrr away from that Patty's Pups place, they definitely look like a puppymill/broker. Stick with Godaikoso, she's very active in the breed and I've heard many good things about her kennel. I know 2 members that have dogs from her, one who is not on here very often and another who is more active.
